All orders are processed within the same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates (U.K.)

We offer Standard and Express Shipping flat rates for orders from £0.00 to £29.99. The following table provides extra information about our shipping costs for orders from £0.00 to £29.99.

Free standard shipping is available for orders from £30.00

Local delivery (SW9, London)

Free local delivery is available for all orders within SW9 (London) area. 

Local deliveries are made from 9:00 to 19:00 on weekdays. We will contact you via email/text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

We are an online business with speciality in delivering our goods safely and quickly to your preferred address. Therefore, the is no physical shop available where you can pick up your order. Please enjoy our low shipping cost rates and sit back while we bring our products to you. 

EU Countries Shipping 

We ship our products to all EU countries.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@aphroditehoney.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aphroditehoney.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
