Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details above so we can delete it.
Sharing your personal information
We share personal information with service providers who help us run the Site and fulfil our contracts with you:
- Shopify — powers our online store, checkout, and payments. See Shopify’s privacy policy: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
- Klaviyo — sends our email marketing and newsletters, for customers who opt in.
- Judge.me — powers our product reviews.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — used for advertising and retargeting via Meta Pixel.
- Google (Analytics/Ads) — used for site analytics and advertising retargeting.
- Intuit QuickBooks — used for bookkeeping. Receives order/transaction totals only, not your email or physical address.
- Shopify Audiences — we use this Shopify feature to show ads on other websites to shoppers who’ve bought from other Shopify merchants and may be interested in what we offer. As part of this, we share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchases with Shopify Audiences, through which other Shopify merchants may in turn make offers to you that they think you’ll be interested in.
We may also share personal information to comply with the law, respond to a lawful request (e.g. a court order), or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and retargeting
We use Meta Pixel and Google Ads/Analytics to show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms based on your interaction with our Site, and to understand how customers use our Site.
For more information about how targeted advertising works generally, see the Network Advertising Initiative’s educational page: https://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work
You can opt out of this kind of targeted advertising through:
- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads
- Google: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/anonymous
- The Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal: https://optout.aboutads.info/
You can also opt out of Google Analytics specifically here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Using your personal information
We use your personal information to: offer and sell our products, process payments, ship and fulfil your orders, provide customer support, and — where you’ve opted in — keep you informed about new products, offers, and updates.
Lawful basis for processing (UK GDPR)
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Your consent (e.g. for marketing emails);
- The performance of our contract with you (e.g. processing and fulfilling your order);
- Compliance with our legal obligations;
- Our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g. fraud prevention, improving our Site).
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or anonymise it.
Automated decision-making
We do not use your personal information for any automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you, including:
- A temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions, persisting for a small number of hours.
- A temporary blacklist of payment cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses, persisting for a small number of days.
International data transfers
Your personal information is processed by Shopify, our e-commerce platform. Shopify’s infrastructure processes data outside the UK, including in Canada and the United States, as well as within Europe. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, Shopify puts safeguards in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure it continues to be protected in line with UK data protection law. For more detail on how Shopify handles international data transfers, see: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/privacy/GDPR
Your rights
As a UK resident, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information;
- Ask us to delete your personal information;
- Ask us to port your information to another service;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent (e.g. unsubscribing from marketing emails).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

Advertising cookies — from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel, used to understand Site usage and to show relevant ads on other platforms.
The length of time a cookie stays on your device depends on whether it’s a “session” cookie (lasts until you stop browsing) or “persistent” (lasts until it expires or is deleted — most of ours last between 30 minutes and two years).
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings — often under “Tools” or “Preferences.” Blocking cookies may affect how well the Site works for you, and may not fully prevent how we share information with advertising partners; to control that, see the opt-out links in “Advertising and retargeting” above.
Do Not Track
Because there’s no consistent industry standard for how to respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, we do not currently alter our data practices in response to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
Complaints
If you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your personal information or a complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s data protection authority:
Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
